Where can you fill up?

Belgian cards range from single-brand cards to multi-brand networks run by Radius and WEX. Station counts differ a lot between issuers' own pages, so we show ranges.

  1. TotalEnergies stations (Circle K) and Q8

    • TotalEnergies
    • Q8
    • Q8 Easy
    • AS 24

Circle K Belgium now issues the TotalEnergies Fleet Card. Its pages give 'meer dan 524 servicestations in België' and 18,000+ in 20 European countries; other pages say 500+, 530, 550 or 570. Cards: National Fleet, Benelux and Eurotrafic (16 countries, with tolls, tunnels and bridges). Through BNP Paribas Fortis: €0.10/L incl. VAT off the official price at one chosen non-motorway station, or €0.05 at all stations (page about a year old). Q8 Liberty Card: 450+ Q8 and Q8 Easy stations, free, with at least €0.10/L off the official maximum price, according to a comparison site; we didn't read Q8's own page.123

Cards: None listed yet: Circle K and Q8 don't publish Belgian card fees on their own pages.

  2. Shell, Esso and WEX

    • Shell
    • Esso

Belgian Esso Card holders are being moved to the WEX Card, and Esso Cards keep working for 30 days during the switch. WEX Card: 2,200+ Belgian and 6,050+ European stations on WEX's application page (an older page says 1,400+), including Texaco, Esso, Q8, Gabriëls, Power, Maes, G&V, Octa+ and IDS.4567

Cards: None listed yet: Corpay (Shell) and WEX don't publish Belgian fee amounts.

Radius's Network Fleet Card adds Esso, Shell, DATS 24 and Q8 (1,500 to 1,850 Belgian stations) and is the Radius card that works at Shell. Lukoil, Maes, OCTA+, Gabriëls-Power and VAB cards are documented only by comparison sites, so they aren't listed.89

Pan-European cards in Belgium

  • DKV Card (Europe) DKV's Belgian toll page covers the Viapass kilometre charge, with a €135 deposit per on-board unit.12

Cross-refuelling in short

We found no dated Belgian brand-to-brand deals beyond the pan-European ones. Radius's Network Fleet Card and Fleetpass cover the most brand families, and the WEX Card reaches Texaco, Esso, Q8 and the independents. An older bp page says bp Routex cards work at G&V truck pumps, Texaco, Esso and TotalEnergies. For trips to France, DKV, Shell, TotalEnergies, Maes Europe and the Network Fleet Card work; Q8 Liberty, DATS 24 and Lukoil don't (per a comparison site). Tax (check current rules with FPS Finance): fuel VAT is 21%, guides disagree on how much is recoverable for mixed-use cars, and income-tax deductibility of company-car fuel is being phased out from 2026.315
