Where can you fill up?

Spain's fleet cards are led by the oil companies (Repsol's Solred, Moeve, bp and Galp), with DKV and Radius as the main multi-brand networks.

    Solred: 'más de 3.600 estaciones de servicio' (Repsol, Campsa, Petronor; older and third-party figures 3,200 to 3,900), also in Portugal and Andorra. Tolls on all Spanish motorways via Solred Vía T. Discounts come through association deals, e.g. 10 ct/L for CEBEK members and 1.5 ct/L for FED members; there is no standard rate.123

    Cepsa became Moeve on 30 Oct 2024. Moeve's Red Fleet: 'más de 1000' stations (we didn't find the total network count). Association deals reach up to 15.5 ct/L. bp: 'más de 750 estaciones BP' (Radius) or 'más de 1.000' in Iberia (bp); fees not published. bp cards work at participating Moeve stations under a cross-acceptance agreement with Cepsa (undated), 2,200+ stations in all ('BP Donde Estés').45678

    Galp Flota Business: 'Más de 1.100 estaciones de servicio adheridas' in Spain and Portugal, with an immediate discount (amount not published). AVIA's Club AVIA Empresa: 2% on fuel and 5% in the shop (old page). Low-cost chains (Ballenoil, Petroprix, Plenergy) offer consumer discounts only. We found no Spanish Shell, Q8 or Eurowag fleet card page.91011

Multi-brand cards

  • DKV Card / DKV Fleet Card (Spain) 'más de 5.300 estaciones de servicio en España' (BP, Repsol, Galp, Campsa, Andamur and others) per Radius, which resells DKV Nacional. DKV pays tolls except on the Abertis network.1213

Cross-refuelling in short

Solred covers the Repsol group, bp and Moeve accept each other's cards, and DKV and Radius span most brands: Radius says 'más de 7.000 estaciones en España y 45.000 en toda Europa' (its EDC Fleetone card: 1,500+ incl. Moeve, Q8, Valcarce and Andamur; fees not published). UTA is documented only by a lead-generation site (3,500+ Spanish stations, from €2.80 a month per card). Across the border, Solred works in Portugal and Andorra, Galp in Portugal, and DKV's Box Select covers Via-T, France and Portugal's Via Verde. In Apr 2026 the CNMC closed its investigation into BP, Cepsa and Repsol discount policies. Tax: VAT on fuel is generally presumed 50% deductible for passenger cars and 100% for commercial vehicles used only for business (secondary). Professional-diesel refunds and the temporary 2026 support measures have changed several times this year: check current rules with the AEAT before relying on them.141516
