Best fuel cards for small fleets in the UK, by published fees

UK cards their issuers pitch at small fleets (2–10 vehicles), ranked by the monthly card and account fees the issuer publishes for a 5-vehicle fleet. "Best" here means lowest published fees, nothing more: discounts, pence-per-litre charges and where the card works matter too, so check each card page.

Not ranked: fees not published in full

The issuer doesn't publish these recurring fees in a form we can total (quoted per customer, "as notified", or not stated), so we list them without a rank.

Methodology: monthly total = the issuer's published per-card, account, plan or package fees for 5 cards, using the same fee model as our fleet calculator (lowest published plan where there are several; £/$/€0 where the issuer says there are no card or account fees). Amounts are as published, so some exclude VAT/GST. Per-transaction and low-spend fees are shown, not added. Pump prices, per-litre margins, network and late fees are not included. Equal totals share a rank (=). Left out because the issuer targets larger fleets: Keyfuels card (Direct / Pay-as-you-go).
